Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Alibaba GGS memberships.
Understand customer requirements and match them with Alibaba’s solutions.
Schedule appointments for the business development team or close small-ticket
sales directly.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong rapport.
Update call logs, customer info, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, and
conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
6 months to 2 years of telecalling / telesales / BPO experience.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
Basic knowledge of B2B sales or e-commerce is a plus.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections confidently.
Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is desirable.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
