The role involves making outbound calls to generate leads for Personal Loan and Car Loan (new/used/refinance), handling inbound loan inquiries, updating customer data accurately, and supporting our loan approval process. The position offers compensation of ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 (plus incentives) and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls daily to generate high-quality car loan leads from our database

• Handle inbound calls for loan queries, CIBIL score checks, and loan applications

• Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy for smooth operations

• Generate daily call reports, lead summaries, and conversion tracking for team leads

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information at all times

• Support administrative tasks related to loan documentation and follow-ups when needed

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0-1 Year Experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, strong convincing ability and basic computer knowledge. Candidates must be open to 6 Days a Week during the Day Shift (10 AM - 6.30 PM).
