Job Description – Tele-caller

Role Overview
We are looking for energetic Tele-callers to connect with potential customers, explain our loan products, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers and explain company products.

• Maintain follow-up calls for loan applications, EMIs, and collections.

• Generate appointments for Sales Executives.

• Maintain call records and databases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (graduates preferred).

• Excellent communication and convincing ability.

Experience

• 1–2 years in tele-calling (BFSI preferred).

• Freshers may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary up to 18K

Reporting To
Branch Officer / Team Leader

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

KPI

• Number of daily calls made.

• Appointments generated.

• Conversion success rate.
