About the Role:

We are urgently hiring Tele calling Executives for our hotel group. The role involves handling guest inquiries, Room sales, generating leads, and supporting sales & reservations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential guests, corporates, and event planners.

Handle inbound calls and provide information about hotel services, banquets, and packages.

Generate leads for events, group bookings, and promotions.

Maintain customer database/CRM with call logs and follow-ups.

Work closely with the sales and reservations team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 1 years of experience in tele calling / tele sales

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language.

• Customer-focused, polite, and persuasive personality.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
