We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Counsellors to handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel prospective students about our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries

• Provide accurate course information and guide students accordingly

• Maintain a database of leads and track conversions

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

#Requirements:

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-counselling/sales (preferred)

• 12th pass/Graduate in any stream

• Fluent in English and Hindi

#Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
