ROLE- Executive (Tele-Sales) to Sell Car & Bus Rental Services in DELHI Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
• To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.
• Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail to arrive at Rate Quotation. Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suit their needs (Individual & Corporate Clients).
• Convert Enquiries into Booking by Convincing Customers in professional Manner.
• Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking & On-Journey Support till Trip completion.
• Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Sales Reports.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
• Graduate or Post-Graduate.
• Age Limit- 21-30 yrs.
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Min. 1 yr. in Tele Sales / Sales / Tele Marketing / Tele-Calling.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent Communications Skills in ENGLISH Speaking & Writing is preferred.
• Exemplary SALES skills & Customer-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of Computers, Internet, email & Microsoft Excel.
