Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IPR services
Brief prospects on trademark registration, copyrights, patents, etc.
Schedule consultations or forward interested leads to the business development team
Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Answer basic queries related to services (script and training provided)
Requirements:
1–4 years of telemarketing or outbound calling experience
Excellent verbal communication skills (Fluent in English & Hindi preferred)
Confidence and clarity in speech
Prior experience in service-based telecalling (legal, finance, education, etc.) is a plus
