Company Description: Treline Advisory Pvt Ltd is a BPO enabled contact center focusing on Business Management, collections and customer support for BFSI Segment. Providing Services of Business Process Management (BPM), Tele calling/ Customer Care Services, Contact Center Management, Debt Management (RECOVERY & COLLECTION) and Digital Recovery. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-caller in Collection & Recovery, located in Bengaluru. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts, informing them of their payment obligations, and coordinating with them to repay their debts. The Tele-caller will also negotiate payment plans with debtors, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and escalate cases to the next level of support when necessary. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi regional languages spoken in the Bengaluru Hebbal area. Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred Persistence and a desire to work with customers to find solutions to their payment issues Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Sound knowledge of how debt collection works is a plus with Bachelor's degree
