We are looking for a Course Advisor (Online Sales Executive) to connect with students via phone calls and help them understand and enroll in our career-oriented courses. All leads will be provided by Job Connect.
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes.
Answer queries related to course structure, fees, and enrollment process.
Build trust and rapport with students to guide them toward making informed decisions.
Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of using a computer and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
