Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, maintaining accurate records, and helping drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Call prospective leads and explain company products/services.

Maintain and update customer data accurately.

Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Basic computer knowledge to maintain data records.

Prior experience in telecalling or sales

Working Details

Work Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: ₹2,000 for every sale + additional performance incentives
