Profile : Telecaller/Pre-sales (Fresher with good communication will be considered)
Responsibilities :
Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential leads and existing clients to promote properties and generate interest.
Inbound Call Handling: Answering calls from prospective clients and providing information about projects.
Sales Generation: Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
Property Information: Providing detailed information about property features, benefits, and pricing.
Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling property viewings for real estate agents.
Follow-Up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
