Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls politely and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors, treatments, and appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments as required.
Maintain proper call records and update patient information in the system.
Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, or pending requirements.
Coordinate with OPD, Counseling, and other departments for smooth communication.
Ensure patient queries and complaints are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and service targets.
