We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on inquiries, and generating qualified leads for site visits and sales.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided leads or marketing campaigns.
Provide detailed information about real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and location.
Understand client needs and schedule site visits or meetings with sales executives.
Follow up with clients to keep them engaged and ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.
Maintain a daily report of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads using CRM tools.
Handle inbound queries and offer prompt and professional assistance.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication skills in [English, Hindi, and any regional language].
Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Basic knowledge of real estate terms and processes is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
