We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our admissions and marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and professionals seeking to learn more about our programs. Your role will involve guiding them through the admission process, resolving queries, and contributing to our outreach campaigns.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through various sources (online, walk-ins, events, etc.)

• Provide accurate information about IIBHM courses, eligibility, and career prospects

• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until successful admission

• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM

• Assist in organizing education fairs, seminars, and webinars

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counseling preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Passion for education and ability to convincingly present program benefits

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools

• Friendly, self-motivated, and target-driven
