Sales Manager or Team Leader
We are looking for a confident and professional B2B Telecaller to make phone calls to other businesses to promote our products or services, generate leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will play an important role in helping the company grow by reaching out to potential business clients.
Make Outbound Calls
Call businesses from a provided list or database.
Introduce company products or services.
Generate Leads
Identify interested businesses.
Ask questions to understand their needs.
Set Appointments
Fix meetings or demos for the sales team with decision-makers.
Follow Up
Call back businesses who showed interest earlier.
Send reminders or emails as needed.
Maintain Records
Update details of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
Work with the Sales Team
Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads.
Good communication skills (English and/or local language)
Confident on phone calls
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
