Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients for follow-ups, appointments, and service reminders.

• Explain services, products (hearing aids), and promotions to patients/customers.

• Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain patient database and ensure accurate documentation.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinical team.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).

• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi; basic knowledge of English preferred.

• Communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking ability.

• Basic Computer Knowledge: MS Excel, CRM tools (preferred).

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
