Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to potential Tally Software customers and Existing customers to generate leads.
· Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Tally Software solutions.
· Qualify leads to establish their needs and identify opportunities for sales.
· Schedule appointments for follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional efforts.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements
· Proven experience in Tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably within the software industry.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
