Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales & marketing team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing them to our outdoor advertising solutions and fixing meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from various industries (builders, FMCG, retail, hospitality, etc.)

• Introduce Global Advertisers’ hoardings & LED advertising services with a clear value proposition.

• Fix appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.

• Maintain and update the CRM with call records, responses, and follow-ups.

• Follow up on warm leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns.

• Achieve monthly call & meeting targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales (preferably in advertising or media).

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections smartly.

• Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM usage).
