We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team at Vansh Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential UK customers, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the UK market.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using effective communication and persuasion skills.
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Handle customer objections and queries in a professional manner.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a BPO environment (UK process preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work night shifts aligned with UK time zone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Goal-driven and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
