Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to generate leads for various loan products, including personal, home, and retail loans.
Customer Needs Assessment:
Ask questions to understand a customer's financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
Sales & Promotion:
Inform customers about the features, benefits, and terms of different loan products.
Application Process:
Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, address objections, and maintain positive customer relationships.
CRM Management:
Accurately enter and update customer information, call logs, and sales data in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and those of competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and resolve customer issues.
