- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students regarding school admissions and programs.

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about school facilities, fees, curriculum, and admission procedures.

- Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.

- Record call details and update information in the database/system.

- Follow up with interested parents and assist in scheduling campus visits or online meetings.

- Coordinate with the admissions and administrative team to ensure smooth communication.

- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
