Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with strong experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a proven track record in meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of counselors/sales executives.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
Provide training, performance feedback, and regular guidance to team members.
Monitor team performance using CRM tools and ensure process adherence.
Plan and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Handle escalations and provide solutions to students/parents.
Coordinate with management for reporting, forecasting, and support needs.
Ensure high-quality customer experience and maintain service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech or relevant field.
Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
