We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Chintamani Finlease Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support.

Job Description : - TEAM LEADER

Follow up lead prospects that are generated by internal/external sources

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

Must have experience in team managing.

Explain to customers loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

Appropriately communicate brand identity requirements.

Required Candidate profile

Should have good communication skills

Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

Experience of NBFC, Banking will be advantage

• 3-7 years of experience in loans (Personal Loan,LAP, Busi. Loan) or any other banking financial product.

• Experience of NBFC, Banking will be advantage.

• High-energy, positive attitude passion for Sales.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Good in quantitative aptitude.

• Must be a graduate (BA/Bcom/B.Sc/BBA/MBA).

• Computer Savvy.

• Should have handled a team of 10-15 people.
