Your primary goal is sales conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Conversion & Sales: Proactively contact existing customers whose 6-month product trial is ending.Consultative Sales: Engage with customers, understand their satisfaction levels, and effectively convince them to purchase a full subscription based on their positive product experience.Sales Outreach: Manage a high volume of calls to remind and request subscription purchases, meeting aggressive conversion targets.Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships while driving the sales process.Communication: Conduct all primary communication in Marathi and Hindi.QualificationsExperience: MANDATORY minimum 6 months of dedicated Telesales or Direct Sales experience. Experience in a relevant voice process is a plus.Education: Minimum 12th-grade education (HSC or equivalent).Language: Mandatory fluency in Marathi (speaking and understanding) is required for the voice process.
