Key Responsibilities
A Telecaller (Sales) performs various tasks including making outbound calls to introduce products, answering inbound inquiries, explaining features and benefits, and utilizing scripts while adapting to customer needs. They build rapport, handle objections, and work to convert leads into sales. Maintaining accurate records in a CRM system and following up with customers are also key responsibilities. Telecallers are expected to meet sales targets, collaborate with teams, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Experienced :- 2 to 4 yr
Candidate must have fluent in English & Hindi
Graduate must be completed in any stream .
