About Us
Pihaan is a growing textile firm focused on building strong B2B relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors. We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives who can handle client interactions over phone calls and also support field visits whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers (wholesalers, distributors, garment manufacturers, retailers).
Explain product range, offers, and bulk pricing to generate sales orders.
Maintain and update customer database (leads, inquiries, follow-ups).
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the dispatch/accounts team for smooth order fulfillment.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
If required, conduct field visits for important clients, exhibitions, or trade meetings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Minimum 1–5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (preferably in textiles, garments, or B2B sales).
Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English/Local language).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
