We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken English, hold a graduate degree, and have prior experience in outbound sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch products/services.
Communicate product features and benefits to customers in fluent, confident English.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to increase sales conversion.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide relevant information to close sales.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.
Education: Minimum graduation in any discipline.
Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing.
Language Skills: Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and resilience under pressure.
Experience in the relevant industry or sector is an advantage.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
