Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate high-quality outbound calls to potential B2B
clients, including brand owners, distributors, and institutional buyers.
• Consultative Selling: Engage clients to understand business needs and present
tailored manufacturing and private label solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and
conversions in CRM tools to ensure structured sales funnel movement.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Production
teams to ensure seamless project alignment and timely delivery of client proposals.
• Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze customer feedback, competitor insights, and
emerging market trends to optimize sales strategies.Required Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with a strong business vocabulary.
• Prior experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition (preferably in FMCG,
beauty, or manufacturing domains).
• CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management capabilities.
