Job Summary:

Calvin Group is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell Health & Life Insurance products via telephonic interactions. As a part of our growing team in Gurgaon, you will play a key role in driving revenue, building client trust, and contributing to our fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them on health and life insurance products.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.

• Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve queries professionally.

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly).

• Accurately maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Work as part of a performance-driven and collaborative team.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and computer proficiency
