We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive who can effectively engage with customers, identify their needs, create interest, and convert leads into successful bookings or home visits. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in outbound and inbound sales with excellent persuasion and communication skills.
Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
Convert cold leads into bookings and scheduled home visits.
Understand customer needs, create demand, and position products/services effectively.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and ensure conversion.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Maintain records of calls and sales activities in CRM systems.
Gender: Female (mandatory).
Proven experience in outbound & inbound tele-sales.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to influence customer decisions and create demand.
Experience in Banking (accounts/loans/credit cards), Solar Panels, Insurance, EdTech, or Real Estate will be preferred.
