Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our Whitegold team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining company products and services to customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Whitegold products and services.Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good persuasion and negotiation ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.Previous telesales or customer service experience is an added advantage.Salary: As per company standards + Incentives based on performance.Benefits:Attractive incentive structureTraining and career growth opportunitiesSupportive work environment
