We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecaller / Telecare Executive to generate sales through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain product offerings.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or follow-ups for field sales team.
Respond to incoming customer queries and resolve issues or forward them to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and offers during calls.
Share customer insights and market trends with the team to help improve service and product strategy.
Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools).
Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
