Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Promote and explain the company’s machinery and engineering solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product options.

• Maintain daily call logs and follow up on interested leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle basic customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email handling).

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
