Kanika’s Nursing Academy is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our Admissions team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our nursing courses, following up with potential students, and helping convert leads into admissions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.

Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures to students and parents.

Maintain and update student database and follow-up lists.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.

Schedule appointments for counselling or campus visits.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Handle queries in a professional and polite manner.

Maintain records of calls and details of conversation.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

Pleasant voice and confident telephone etiquette.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).

Prior experience in telecalling/education counselling is a plus.
