Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Tele caller to join our sales and customer outreach team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our IT hardware, software, and networking solutions, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain the company’s products and services related to:
IT hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, servers, printers)
Software solutions (e.g., licensed software, antivirus, ERP/CRM tools)
Networking services (e.g., routers, switches, structured cabling, managed services)
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule meetings or demos for field sales representatives.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups using CRM software.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and leads.
Handle basic inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow up with potential clients via phone calls or emails.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Good sales and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
Fluency in English Read/Write.
Qualifications:
Minimum: any graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related fields).
Prior experience in tele calling or IT sales is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn technical terms and product offerings.
