Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counselors who will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining our courses, and guiding them through the admission process. This is a work-from-home telecalling role where you will play a key role in student enrollment.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to potential learners.Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails to ensure conversions.Maintain records of student inquiries and admission status in the CRM.Counsel students on selecting the right course based on their career goals.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for admissions.Requirements:Proven experience in telecalling, sales, counseling, or customer service (education industry preferred).Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.Ability to work independently from home with good internet connectivity.Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for maintaining records.Benefits:Work from home flexibility.Fixed salary + attractive incentives on admissions.Training and support will be provided.Opportunity to grow with the institute as we expand
