A nature-inspired farm resort under the Outstaytion hospitality group, offering stays, day outings, and membership programs.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed resort bookings and Outstaytion memberships. This role demands strong communication, follow-up discipline, and a passion for hospitality sales.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for resort bookings and memberships.
Convert daily leads into confirmed sales with advance payment.
Follow up with interested customers and close at least 2 bookings per day.
Explain resort packages, offers, and membership plans clearly.
Maintain accurate data in lead trackers and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with the resort operations team for booking confirmations.
Upsell activities and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
Minimum 2 confirmed bookings/memberships per day.
Incentive:
3% on resort sales
5% on membership sales
Additional bonuses for early/late closings and weekly consistency.
Excellent communication (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred).
Convincing and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or tele-sales is a plus.
Minimum PUC / Degree.
1–3 years of experience in tele-sales or hospitality preferred.
9:30 AM to 8:30 PM (with weekly off on rotation).
Must maintain punctuality and closing discipline.
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based (up to ₹1 lakh/month potential)
