We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, and modern IT tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and ERP systems. You will be responsible for generating leads, driving marketing campaigns, and supporting sales efforts to accelerate business growth.
Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Track and analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Create and manage content for blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers and developers for marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the IT team to understand product functionalities and translate them into marketing value propositions.
Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Oracle, etc.) for tracking leads, managing customer data, and generating reports.
Provide feedback to the product/IT team based on customer insights and market trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing and sales.
Skills:
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and cycles.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, email automation).
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Familiarity with ERP systems and how they integrate with sales/marketing functions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
