Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services (Bio Farms, Agriculture-related services, Real Estate/Plots if applicable).

• Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain and update customer databases (leads, follow-ups, conversions).

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build good relationships with customers and handle objections effectively.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.

• Report to the Sales Manager/Team Lead on progress and challenges.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Prior experience in Tele Sales / Customer Support / Real Estate / Farming Sector will be an added advantage.
