Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice and face of Rare Production — helping excited couples find the perfect pre-wedding or wedding photography package. Your role is to convert inbound leads into booked shoots and upsell our services wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, Justdial, and website

• Understand client requirements and explain the best pre-wedding or wedding packages

• Follow up diligently and close bookings with high conversion

• Cross-sell music videos, baby shoots, maternity shoots, and other offerings

• Coordinate with the shoot and production team for smooth client handovers

• Maintain lead sheets, CRM, and booking records properly

• Deliver daily and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & basic English)
✅ Confidence in pitching creative services
✅ Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
✅ Prior sales or telecalling experience preferred (events, wedding, or media industry a bonus)
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic
