We are hiring energetic and target-driven professionals to join our growing PCD Pharma team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating PCD franchise leads, appointing new distributors, and increasing product penetration in assigned areas.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new PCD pharma franchise partners

• Promote the company’s pharma product range to distributors

• Meet monthly sales and expansion targets

• Handle field visits and customer follow-ups

• Maintain strong relationships with franchise clients

✅ Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• 1–3 years of pharma or field sales experience (PCD experience preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills
