Key Responsibilities For Sales:

• Attend walk-in clients at the showroom, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable ceramic products including tiles, sanitaryware, and fittings.

• Develop a personal client base by meeting and networking with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to promote our product range.

• Prepare and share quotations tailored to client needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely order processing, smooth delivery, and installation support.

• Provide after-sales service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business.

• Stay updated with the latest product trends and technical specifications to confidently advise clients and partners.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM or other sales tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities for Business Development Associate:

• Identify and connect with new architects, interior designers, and industry professionals to expand our business network and promote our ceramic product range.

• Generate new customer leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Analyze emerging market trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients and improve overall customer experience.

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aimed at business expansion and increased market share.

• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sales reports.
