In this role, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound calls, conduct cold calls to potential audiences, and follow up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good customer connections, listen, and address their questions to maximise engagement.
