We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented female B2B Sales Executive to join our team in the pharma packaging industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills with a proven track record in B2B client acquisition and relationship management.
Identify, approach, and acquire new pharmaceutical clients for our packaging solutions.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers in pharma manufacturing companies.
Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for repeat business and upselling.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to increase brand visibility.
