We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B sales team focused on the Pharmaceutical Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and setting up appointments for the field sales team. The candidate must have strong communication skills and an understanding of industrial/technical sales processes.
1–3 years of B2B telesales or telemarketing experience (preferably in packaging, pharma, or industrial sales).
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging requirements is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional language, if needed).
Strong telephone etiquette, listening skills, and persuasive ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
Target-oriented mindset.
Number of daily/weekly outbound calls
Number of qualified leads generated
Appointments scheduled for field sales
CRM updates and data accuracy
Conversion rates from call to lead
