We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to handle incoming online leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate will interact directly with potential customers, understand their furniture requirements, share relevant product options, and convert inquiries into store visits or sales.
Call new leads received from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads within minutes of receiving them.
Understand the customer’s furniture requirements (type, size, layout, budget, customization needs).
Share details about relevant products listed on the Flexisofa website.
Explain customization options – fabrics, leathers, sizes, leg finishes, and recliner mechanisms (manual or electric).
Guide customers through technical details like material, construction, durability, Martindale rating, and warranty.
Highlight Flexisofa’s USPs – direct factory pricing, customization flexibility, 3-year warranty, and premium build quality.
Persuade and schedule visits to the nearest Experience Centre (Bangalore or Hyderabad).
Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiry → visit → purchase.
Share digital catalogues, images, or brochures of specific products (sofas, recliners, beds, accent chairs).
Communicate clearly via phone, WhatsApp, and email with leads.
Provide personalized product suggestions based on design and space preferences.
Maintain professionalism and brand tone during all customer interactions.
Record all leads and conversations in the assigned CRM (Privyr/TeleCRM).
Create and manage follow-up schedules for each potential buyer.
Update lead stages (New → Contacted → Visit Booked → Quotation Sent → Closed/Won).
Capture opportunity sales value in INR for every lead.
Ensure no lead goes unattended or unclosed without proper follow-up.
Report daily and weekly performance metrics — calls made, visits booked, sales closed.
Coordinate with the Experience Centre team for store visits and demo preparations.
Share market and customer insights (trends, design preferences, common objections).
Work closely with the marketing team for feedback on ad lead quality and campaign performance.
