Job Summary - Sales Executive with Marketing Skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive with strong marketing skills to join our team at Acacia Homes. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our real estate offerings, and generating leads through phone calls. This position is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting projects to clients, and achieving sales targets. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain product features, answer queries, and convince potential clients to schedule sit visits.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up regularly.
Generate leads and support the sales team in converting them into clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and promote offers accordingly.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Present properties to potential buyers and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
Coordinate with the site and marketing team to keep clients updated on project progress.
