Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business background preferred). • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejections. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, Excel, and email communication. • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of export financing, factoring, or banking services.
