As a Relationship Manager (RM) in our real estate sales division, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving client acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction. Your consultative communication skills and relationship-building capabilities will be essential to meeting business targets while maintaining excellent CRM documentation.
Client Onboarding & Engagement
Seamlessly onboard new clients and maintain clear, continuous communication throughout their journey.
Relationship Building
Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, acting as their trusted single point of contact for all queries and feedback.
Sales & Service Excellence
Conduct international outbound calls to potential clients, promote real estate offerings tailored to their needs, and cross-sell additional services.
Lead Management
Proactively follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails; schedule virtual or in-person visits; and maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems.
Problem Solving & Customer Support
Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on real estate industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed service and advice to clients.
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles; real estate experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Comfortable handling international outbound sales calls and discussions.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms such as email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
CTC: ₹28,000 per month
Take-Home: ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Uncapped performance-based incentives with weekly/monthly bonuses
Career Path: Opportunity to progress to Senior Relationship Manager or Team Lead based on performance
