Job Description
Exploring new opportunities through online & otherwise with architects, warehouse developers, and factory owners.
Responsible for Lead generation, sharing quotation, follow-up, negotiations to close deals for Industrial Flooring & related products of Duratech to achieve sales target individually as well as a team
Providing technical support and advise clients (training will be given)
Involved in the entire sales cycle from lead generation to collection ensuring client satisfaction
Plan and implement sales strategies to meet top-line sales targets
Qualification
· Minimum Qualification: Graduate
· Btech in civil or any other branch & MBA will be an added advantage but not mandatory
Experience
· 2–4 years of experience in sales Executive or marketing
· Experience in Industrial Flooring, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Storage/Racking Systems, MHE, Roofing & constructions is preferred but not mandatory
· Should have handled large value orders.
Qualities & Skills
· Proactive, highly organized to follow up leads rigorously, high level of self-motivation and ability to work as an individual contributor
· Polite & positive attitude to dealing with people
· Ability to make Quotations and good in mathematical calculations, system works such as Microsoft office suite & CRM, Email Drafting
Intelligent communicator, negotiator & trouble shooter
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to make quotations & knowledge of mathematical calculations
Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu
Confident in making new connections, relationship building and client nurturing abilities
